The “Villa Elisa” is located about 1.5 kilometers from the historic center of Lipari, in the area of Porto Pignataro, island marina harbour. The house can be reached through an uphill road of about 500 meters. It is a residence of the “quality” recently renovated in typical Aeolian style with terraces covered with reeds supported by wooden beams resting on masonry columns (pulera) and typical seats with tiled with antique hand-painted majolica. The area where is located the house allows to enjoy the beautiful views of the bay of Lipari with the port and in the background the island of Vulcano but also enjoy, on the other side, the beautiful view of the islands of Panarea and Stromboli. The villa is structured as follows: it has entrance from the covered terrace overlooking the bay of Lipari, from here you can access the dining room but the kitchen which, besides having a direct entrance from the terrace, is internally connected to the dining area. The kitchen is in masonry with 4 burners, fridge and dishwasher and two panoramic windows. The living room is a unique ambient with an archway that divides the two areas: the dining area which has a table and chairs and door with exit onto the terrace and the living area has seating area with sofa bed and fireplace. The living room has direct exit to the covered terrace and a window with mountain views. The room is equipped with TV and air conditioning. The house has two bedrooms: the first on the ground floor with double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with sink and masonry shower floor and high window (no bidet). The room also has a door with exit onto the terrace which is on the back of the house and has views of Panarea and Stromboli. The second bedroom is located in a brick loft with access from the living room through a colored stone staircase and has a French double bed and large wardrobe with chest of drawers and air conditioning.

The room has a large window overlooking the roof of the house overlooking the bay of Lipari. There is also a second bathroom which is located on the ground floor between the living room and the master bedroom. This also has stone shower floor with awning and window (no bidet). Ample outdoor space with covered terraces with tables and chairs and loungers that allow you to enjoy the best that the area has to offer: peace and relaxation. The terrace overlooking Lipari there is a small stone oven that can be used by more experienced. It also possible to access the roof (solarium) of the house that has stone seats. From here you can enjoy the full 360-degree view from its Villa.

To reach the house you need to be in possession of a car or a scooter (minimum displacement 125 / 150cc) because the way to go to reach it is steep. The villa is also equipped with car parking.
